2. Services
Gleaming Cabinet Ventures designs, fabricates and installs bespoke cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior joinery. All projects are subject to a written quotation and signed agreement before work commences.
3. Quotations & Deposits
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A deposit is required to confirm your project and secure materials. The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation.
4. Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines in writing before any deposit is taken. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to material availability, site conditions, or changes to the project scope.
5. Warranty
All cabinetry comes with a 5-year workmanship warranty. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10+ years on premium hinges and runners). Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, photographs and content on this website are the property of Gleaming Cabinet Ventures and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gleaming Cabinet Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or the courts of Kenya.
